Who we are

Animal Rescue Friends, Ltd  (ARF) is an Arizona non-profit corporation that is a New Hope Partner with Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC).  We are a dog rescue based in Surprise, Arizona, and have foster homes through out the Phoenix metropolitan area.  We have submitted our application for Federal 501c3 status, and are awaiting determination from the IRS.  We are all volunteers, and operate solely with funds from adoption fees, and donations.  We do not have any paid staff.

Our Mission

Animal Rescue Friends (ARF) is a foster based dog rescue.  We save dogs from being euthanize  at the county shelters.

On the journey to their forever home, we provide love and care for dogs in a home environment.

We promote pet sterilization, licensing, and micro-chipping.
