Who we are
Animal Rescue Friends, Ltd (ARF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dog and cat rescue. We are a New Hope Partner with Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC). ARF is headquartered in Surprise, Arizona with foster homes through out the Phoenix metropolitan area. We are all volunteers, and operate solely with funds from adoption fees, and donations. We do not have any paid staff.
Our Mission
Animal Rescue Friends (ARF) is a foster based rescue. We save dogs and cats from being euthanize at the county shelters.
On the journey to their forever home, we provide love and care for animals in a home environment.
We promote pet sterilization, licensing, and micro-chipping.
